Thank goodness for delightful proportions! The Padua settee finished in grey fruitwood is without question on of the most comfortable and stylish upright sofas that I have ever had the luck to sit on. Touring in northern Italy having visited Venice and the Veneto, we happened upon the delightful town of Padua. E voila! This settee was far too good to be left in the dismal shop in which I found it. So home it came and make it we did.
